Preparation
Wash the chicken pieces well and place them in a saucepan.
Fry the finely chopped onion in a pan, and the guajillo and wide chiles (previously hydrated in hot water, and dried with absorbent paper).
Once chiles and onions are ready, place them inside the blender and add the cola, sugar and chipotle chili to taste.
Once the ingredients are integrated, add the mixture to the saucepan where we reserve the chicken pieces and place in the fire until the chicken is ready. Season to taste and add the bouillon cubes. Rectify the seasoning.
