Preparation
Cook the chicken with a clove of garlic, 1/2 onion and a green apple (which is then pulled).
Chop the vegetables into small squares.
Hydrate the morita pepper in a little hot water. Once soft liquify them together with the blueberries and a little water where the peppers were hydrated.
Place the sauce in a pan with a little hot oil. Stir the preparation with two tablespoons of corn starch and season to taste. Incorporate chicken pieces and chopped vegetables.
Accompany with red rice.
