Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 chicken breast, in strips
  • 1 zucchini, little
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 drizzle olive oil

Preparation

Cut the vegetables into not very large pieces and cook with the chicken. When doing it in a wok, the process is faster so you have to control it and spin it all the time.
Once cooked the breast we give the last sautéed, adding the spices that we like the most. In this way you can prepare a delicious meal for your partner or family.

TIPS

Integrates broccoli almost at the end, it will give a great flavor and texture.
