Ingredients

4 portions
  • 30 grams salted butter
  • 500 milliliters chicken soup
  • 4 chicken legs, with thigh
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 250 milliliters white wine
  • 1 cup milk, evaporated
  • 2 corn, shelled
  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour

Preparation

In a pot with boiling water introduce the pieces of chicken. Cook with a piece of onion, cilantro, garlic and sea salt.
Melt the butter and add the chopped onion, garlic and corn kernels. Add 2 tablespoons of flour and mix.
When the flour is golden, it integrates white wine. Leave the fire until it reduces and pour the chicken broth.
Blend everything and return to the pan, pour the evaporated milk and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Bathe the chicken with the sauce and add corn kernels.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with warm roll.
