Preparation
The meat is cut into pieces of approximately 2 x 2 cm, like peppers, onion, pineapple and bacon (you can substitute regular bacon in strips trying to fold it well on the skewer). The cherry tomato is split in half as well as the mushrooms (Portobello).
Place on the grill at a distance of approximately 25 cm from the fire, trying to stay around 7 minutes on each side depending on the term you want to give the flank.
It can be accompanied with caesar salad or spinach.
