This is a delicious and very simple recipe to prepare, so enjoy with your family this cream chicken dish with chipotle and almonds.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 450 grams sour cream
  • 450 grams fresh cheese
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can chipotle chili, little
  • 1 stick butter
  • 200 grams almond
  • 1 1/2 kilos chicken

Preparation

The oven is heated to 180 °, the chicken is sealed with a little butter in a previously hot pan.
Liquify the cream, cheese, milk, chilies, and almonds.
In a refractory the rest of the butter is placed covering the bottom and the walls of the refractory.
Once sealed the chicken is placed in the refractory and all the cream mixture is added.
It is placed in the oven for 45 minutes and checked for periods of 10 to 15 minutes by bathing the chicken with the cream.

PRESENTATION

You can serve it with a little white rice or a pasta, the best of your preference.

TIPS

Let the cream thicken to obtain a much better consistency.
