Enchiladas de Pollo with Chile Poblano

Enjoy these delicious chicken enchiladas with a creamy poblano chile sauce, gratinated with cheese. A delicious Mexican dish that you can not stop preparing. It is perfect for any season of the year but nothing better than preparing them to celebrate national holidays.

Ingredients

  • 5 pieces of chile poblano Toasted and deveined
  • 1/2 bar of Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 1/4 of liter of cream
  • few of coriander
  • Swiss Knorr to taste
  • 1 chicken cooked and shredded
  • grated cheeses
  • Corn tortillas

    Preparation

    Blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth and uniform sauce. Reserve the chicken and grated cheese.
    Lightly fry the tortillas in a little oil. Form the enchiladas by filling the tortillas with the shredded chicken.
    In a refractory place the enchiladas and bathe with the sauce.
    Sprinkle the grated cheese and bake for 5 minutes to make it gratine.
    Garnish with parsley and serve.

    TIPS

    They can be served with white rice with corn.
