Delicious recipe for chicken in tomato sauce that children can love. It is an Italian recipe that my mother taught me, we all love it at home. It is an easy chicken recipe.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chicken soup
  • 8 chickens, boneless (legs, thighs, flattened half breasts)
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1/2 bunches parsley
  • 1 carrot, big
  • 1/2 cups mashed tomatoes
  • 1/4 cups ketchup
  • 1/2 tablespoons oregano
  • 1 cup Water
  • 200 grams panela cheese
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Mix the mustard with the chicken broth, spread with this the chicken pieces. Fry them in the hot oil and set them aside.
In the same oil, fry the finely chopped garlic, onion, parsley and carrot.
Add the tomato puree, ketchup, oregano, and water.
Add the chicken pieces and add salt and pepper to taste.
Let season for 15 to 20 min. Cover with the slices of panela cheese and cover the saucepan so that the cheese melts, leave over low heat for 5 more minutes.
Serve very hot

PRESENTATION

Accompany with potatoes with rosemary.
