Delicious chicken recipe in tomato sauce that children can love. It's an Italian recipe that my mom taught me, we love everyone in the house. It is an easy chicken recipe.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 spoonfuls of mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of chicken soup
  • 8 pieces of chicken boned (legs, thighs, half flattened breasts)
  • 5 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 3 cloves of pending
  • 1/2 piece of onion
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • 1 piece of carrot big
  • 1/2 Cup of tomato puree
  • 1/4 of Cup of ketchup
  • 1/2 tablespoon of oregano
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 200 grams of Panela cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

    Preparation

    Mix the mustard with the chicken broth, then add the chicken pieces. Fry them in hot oil and reserve them.
    In that same oil, fry finely chopped garlic, onion, parsley and carrot.
    Add tomato puree, ketchup, oregano and water.
    Add the chicken pieces and add salt and pepper to taste.
    Let season 15 to 20 min. Cover with sliced ​​panela cheese and cover the pan so that the cheese melts, leave on low heat for 5 more minutes.
    Serve very hot

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany with potatoes with rosemary.
