Preparation
Prepare the breasts by making a light and not deep cut so that the flavor of the marinade and seasonings can penetrate.
See the oil in a bowl and mix with the juice of a lemon. Bathe the chicken breasts with this mixture.
Crush the parsley and garlic on a board or mortar. Spread on the breasts and marinate inside the refrigerator. Preferably 1 hour or more.
Finally roast the breasts on the grill. To know if they are already cooked put a fork and try. Serve and sprinkle with paprika.
