Preparation
In a wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
Finely chop the garlic, ginger and onion.
Sauté in the wok until the garlic is lightly browned.
Add the chicken cut into small cubes and stir constantly while it cooks.
Once the chicken is cooked add the sauces, vinegar and sugar.
Cook 2-3 more minutes and add the jicama, bamboo and peanuts. Cook 3 more minutes.
Serve on the previously disinfected lettuce leaves.
Oriental sauces can be placed on the plate where the touches are served so that guests can season to their liking.
