A delicious oriental recipe of chicken with vegetables and oriental sauces that is served on lettuce leaves.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 kilo chicken breast
  • 6 cambray onions, (stems)
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 cups oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/2 jicama, chopped in cubes
  • 4 Romaine lettuce, or orejona
  • 1 can bamboo stick

Preparation

In a wok heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
Finely chop garlic, ginger and onion.
Season in the wok until the garlic is lightly browned.
Add the chicken cut into small cubes and move constantly while cooking.
Once the chicken is cooked add the sauces, the vinegar and the sugar.
Cook 2-3 more minutes and add the jicama, bamboo and peanuts. Cook 3 more minutes.
Serve on previously disinfected lettuce leaves.
You can place oriental sauces on the plate where the touches are served so that the guests can season to your liking.
