Ingredients

4 servings
  • 600 grams of chicken ground
  • 1/2 Cup of onion finely chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of garlic finely chopped
  • 3 spoonfuls of parsley
  • 1/2 Cup of Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 of Cup of ground bread
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • 2 cups of Fuerte Tomato Puree®
  • 1 Cup of mozzarella cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoonful of basil dry
  • enough of basil fresh to decorate
  • enough of bread

Preparation

In a bowl mix the ground chicken, onion, garlic, parsley, Parmesan cheese and ground bread. On a board, form balls and reserve.
In a cast iron skillet, heat the oil and fry the meatballs for 10 minutes, add Tomato Puree®, mozzarella cheese, basil and bake for 15 minutes.
Serve and accompany with bread. Enjoy
