Preparation
Filet the breast (in strips and then in cubes).
Cut the onion into large squares of 2 x 2 cm approx. (Same size as the chicken)
Season the breast with the salt, ground garlic and the pepper-lemon seasoning.
Take a toothpick and varnish it with oil (this will prevent it from burning). Insert a small square of chicken, one of pineapple and one of onion and so on until filling the stick leaving a piece to hold. Sprinkle a little of the seasoning.
Put on the grill until everything is cooked, taking care that it is not cooked so that the chicken is juicy.
Bathe with the dressing of your preference, in this case use chimichurri sauce and barbeque sauce.
