Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1/2 kilos pumpkin
  • 1/4 green peppers
  • 1/2 tomatoes
  • 5 corn
  • 2 cubes chicken broth cube
  • 1 clove garlic

Preparation

Cook the breast and crumble it.
Chop the corn and cook until they have a yellowish tone.
Precooked tomatoes, chilies and pumpkins previously cut into pieces.
The tomato is ground with a piece of garlic and the chiles.
Once this is done, fry the already shredded breast on low heat for about 3 minutes, apply the sauce, pumpkins and corn kernels. Add the two cubes of norzusa and let them season for 5 minutes and that's it.

PRESENTATION

Serve to taste as a main course.
