Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 on Knorr® Spring Rice
  • 1 3/4 cups Water
  • 2 teaspoons Margarina Primavera® Salt-Free Cooking
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, flattened (milanesas of approximately 120 gc / u)
  • 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper, powdered

Preparation

Cut the chicken into squares.
Roast the chicken with Margarina Primavera® Cooking Without Salt.
Add the paprika.
Add the paprika.
Incorporate cumin.
Add the pepper.
Pour the water into the pot.
Empty the Knorr® Spring Rice in ½ cup of water.
Add the oil and mix.
Add the chicken to the rice.
Cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Let stand 5 minutes.
To serve.

Dry the chicken well before roasting it.
