Preparation
Combine the basil with the ground bread in a bowl. Soak the chicken in the beaten egg and cover it completely with the ground bread.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium high heat and once the pan is very hot put the chicken. Turn over only once, until it is well cooked and golden, about 5 minutes.
Once you have all the fried slices with the ground bread, cut them into strips.
Heat tortillas on a comal, and when they are hot, make the tacos with the Milanese strips and the slices of tacos. Serve at the moment with a little green sauce, you can heat it beforehand so that the tacos do not get cold.
