Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo chicken thigh, without skin, bone and flat
  • 100 grams fresh parsley, washed and disinfected
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sea ​​salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 6 tablespoons lemon juice
  • skewer sticks

Preparation

Split the thighs in 4 parts. Let the chopsticks soak to avoid burning.
Blend the parsley, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper until well incorporated.
Marinate the thighs for at least two hours in the preparation with parsley. Assemble the skewers with 2 or 3 pieces of thigh by skewer.
Preheat a grill pan or grill, once it is hot add the skewers and cook over medium heat, rotating every 3 minutes to obtain a golden brochette.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with a salad of romaine lettuce, chard or spinach and cherry tomatoes with a touch of olive oil, salt and pepper.
