Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 chicken, in pieces without skin
  • 1 cup mashed tomatoes, (homemade is better)
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup Coca Cola
  • 1 cup Water
  • 3 tablespoons Knorr® Chicken Broth
  • bay (laurel)
  • 1 potato, Juliana
  • 1 can red pepper, in drained slits
  • thyme
  • marjoram
  • black pepper

Preparation

In a saucepan with a lid, the pieces of the chicken are put in the pepper, all the liquids and the Swiss knorr are added, the lid is boiled for 15 minutes, the potatoes and the morriones are added as well as the species. The fire is lowered and left on the stove for another 10 minutes or because the chicken is cooked and soft, ready to serve and accompany with a white rice.
