Ingredients

6 portions
  • 3 chicken breasts, cut into pieces for skewer
  • 1/4 cups Maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 serrano peppers
  • 1/4 pineapples, natural
  • 1/2 red onions
  • 6 wooden sticks, for skewers
  • ground peppers
  • rice vinegars

Preparation

Insert the pieces of chicken into the sticks of each skewer, you can put as many as you want, then add a little pepper and salt.
For the sauce, heat Maple Honey, Soy and Pineapple Juice in a pan or small pot. Once it boils reduce the flame, let it bubble for 2 or 3 minutes, then remove it from the heat and let it cool.
Chop the Chile, the Onion and the Pineapple in very small cubes, mix everything in a bowl and add a little Rice Vinegar, salt and pepper.
Use a grill or griddle to roast the meat from the skewers, when they are finished cooking, varnish them with the Maple and Soya glaze using a special brush, then remove them from the heat and serve them on a plate.
Finally, add the Jalapeño and Pineapple Sauce and ready.
