Ingredients

4 servings
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1 chicken breast cooked and shucked
  • 1 cup of oil
  • 5 tomatoes for the sauce
  • 3 serrano peppers

  • 2 avocados for the sauce

Preparation

Fill the tortillas with the chicken, roll up to form a taco.
Heat the oil over medium heat, fry the tacos for 5 minutes until golden brown.

For the sauce: Blend the tomatoes, chilies, onion, garlic, cilantro, avocado and lemon juice, season with salt.
