Golden Tacos of Chicken with Avocado Sauce

There is nothing better at the time of the meal than some rich and crispy chicken taquitos and what better than accompanied by an avocado sauce, which gives the special touch, accompanied by cream, cheese and lettuce will be impossible to resist.

4 portions
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1 chicken breast, cooked and shucked
  • 1 cup oil
  • 5 tomatoes, for the sauce
  • 3 serrano peppers
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 bunches fresh coriander
  • 2 avocados, for the sauce
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • to taste salt
  • to taste lettuce, To accompany
  • to taste radish, To accompany
  • to taste fresh cheese, To accompany
  • to taste sour cream, To accompany


Fill the tortillas with the chicken, roll up to form a taco.
Heat the oil over medium heat, fry the tacos for 5 minutes until golden brown.
Drain on absorbent paper towels Bounty® to remove excess fat. Reservation.
For the sauce: Blend the tomatoes, chilies, onion, garlic, cilantro, avocado and lemon juice, season with salt.
Serve the taquitos with radish lettuce, cream, avocado sauce and cheese.


On an extended dish accompanied by avocado sauce, cream and cheese.


It is important that the tortillas are hot in this way they will not break and the taco will be well formed.
