  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless

  • 1/2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon thyme, powdered
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, powdered
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • enough Nutrioli Spray®
  • 1 cup pineapple, in slices
  • 1 cup Bell pepper, of colors, in medium strips
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1/2 cups cherry tomato, in halves
  • 1/2 cups red onion, julienne cut
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cups corn kernels, yellow

Preparation

In a bowl place the chicken, paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, salt and Nutrioli spray® blend perfectly until integrated and Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Grill chicken previously marinated with a little more Nutrioli spray® and cook until done. Right there, grill the pineapple and the colored peppers.
On a board cut the chicken into strips and set aside.
