Lemon and Ginger Chicken

Delicious chicken recipe marinated in a rich sauce based on ginger, soy, garlic and lemon. It results in a unique and irresistible combination of flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 of Cup of soy sauce
  • 3 spoonfuls of lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon zest
  • 1 1/2 spoonfuls of fresh ginger grated
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 2 spoonfuls of coriander
  • 600 grams of chicken breast in Milanese

    Preparation

    Mix well in a bowl the soy sauce, lemon juice, lemon zest, ginger, garlic, honey, oil and cilantro. Introduce chicken milanesas into the mixture, which are well covered.
    Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator between 2 hrs and overnight for a better flavor.
    When removing from the refrigerator, roast each piece of marinated chicken in a pan.

    PRESENTATION

    The presentation can be varied depending on the tastes. You can serve the piece accompanied by a salad, or serve yourself with hamburger bread with mayonnaise and vegetables of your choice.

    TIPS

    Be careful with ginger since putting too much can alter the taste of the chicken.
