Ingredients

4 servings
  • 8 pieces of chicken thigh
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger fresh, finely chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of bee honey
  • 1/4 of Cup of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh oregano
  • enough of salt and pepper
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 1/4 of Cup of White wine
  • 1/2 Cup of chicken soup
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary
  • 1 piece of orange in half moons
  • enough of scallion finely chopped, to decorate
  • enough of green lemon sliced, to decorate

    Preparation

    In a bowl mix chicken thighs with garlic, ginger, honey, lemon juice, thyme, oregano and season to your liking with salt and pepper. Marina for 30 minutes in refrigeration.
    In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter and seal the thighs on all sides until golden brown. Add the white wine, let it evaporate, pour the chicken broth, rosemary, orange, cover and cook until they are cooked.
    Serve, garnish with scallions and lemon slices.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve and accompany with white rice.

    TIPS

    You can do it with the pieces of chicken that you like the most, such as breast or leg.
