Ingredients

6 portions
  • 3 chicken breasts, cut into pieces for Skewer
  • 1/4 cups maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 cups Pineapple juice
  • 2 serrano peppers
  • 1/4 pineapples, natural
  • 1/2 red onions
  • ground peppers
  • rice vinegar

Preparation

Insert the pieces of Chicken into the Sticks of each Skewer, you can put as many as you want, then add a little pepper and salt.
For the sauce, heat the maple syrup, soy and pineapple juice in a pan or small pot, once it boils reduce the heat, let it bubble for 2 or 3 minutes, then remove it from the heat. Let it cool.
Cut the chili, onion and pineapple into very small cubes, mix everything in a bowl and add a little Rice Vinegar, salt and pepper.
Use a grill or a griddle to grill the meat of the skewers, when they are finished cooking, glaze them with the maple and soy glaze using a special brush, then remove from the heat and serve on a plate.
To finish, add the jalapeño and pineapple sauce on top and that's it.

PRESENTATION

Serve on an extended plate and add the jalapeño pineapple sauce.
