Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 whole cloves
  • pinches cinnamon
  • pinches Dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • pinches cumin powder
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tomato
  • 10 guajillo chilies
  • 2 chicken breasts, flattened
  • salt
  • 5 tablespoons white vinegar

Preparation

Sprinkle the chicken fillets with salt and put them to fry in a pan with little oil.
Soak the hot peppers in hot water for 3 to 4 minutes.
Once the chiles are soaked, blend with the rest of the ingredients and approximately 1 1/2 cups of water
Strain the mixture and return to the pan where we fry the chicken, over low heat, so that it thickens a little and so that the chicken absorbs the taste of the marinade.

PRESENTATION

It is served hot. It can be accompanied with white rice or a cactus salad.

TIPS

It is important that the chicken is not too golden, so that it has a smooth consistency.
