Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons vegetal oil, for the marinade
  • 1/4 onions, for the marinade
  • 1 clove garlic, for the marinade

  • 1 tablespoon oregano, for the marinade
  • 1/2 tablespoons cumin, whole for the marinade
  • 6 morita chili peppers, clean for the marinade
  • 1/4 cups mashed tomatoes, for the marinade
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar, for the marinade
  • 1 cup chicken soup, for the marinade
  • 2 tablespoons vegetal oil
  • 1 cup onion, filleted
  • 4 pieces chicken, thigh and leg
  • 1 1/2 cups mushroom, In rooms
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper, for the chicken

Preparation

For the marinade, fry the onion, garlic and tomato in a saucepan with hot oil until the skin begins to brown. Add the clove, oregano, cumin and morita pepper, cook for a few more minutes and add the tomato puree; Move to mix. Remove from heat and blend with white vinegar and chicken broth. Reservation.
In a saucepan with hot oil, fry the onion, add the chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and brown. Add the mushrooms and pour the marinade, rectify the seasoning. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Serve in an extended dish, decorate with purple onion, accompany with tortillas and cactus salad.
