With this recipe you will get a delicious combination of chicken and cheese, accompanied by spaghetti and vegetables with wine.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 piece of breast without skin and without bones, starting at 4
  • 1/2 kilo of spaghetti pasta Cooked
  • 400 grams of mixed vegetable to taste, already cut in 1/2 moon
  • 100 grams of sour cream
  • 6 strips of bacon
  • 2 sticks of Butter girls
  • orange juice pineapple or peach
  • liquid from canned pickled chilies
  • Philadelphia® cream cheeses American or brand
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 ounce of White wine

    Preparation

    The breasts are flattened and the cheese is placed, they are salted to taste and wrapped with bacon and stopped with a toothpick. They are placed on the griddle until it is cooked on both sides, it is kept in medium heat so that it is finished cooking in the middle.
    For the spaghetti place the remaining bacon, brown, add the cream and pepper, add a little orange juice if it thickens, add the cooked spaghetti and decorate with parsley or ham, depending on the taste.
    The vegetables are smoked in a little butter, respecting the hardness of each one, and when al dente they are seasoned and the white wine is added.
    For the sauce, only a bit of chopped onion is smoked with pepper and salt, the juices are added, the vinegar is left to thicken and ready.

    PRESENTATION

    Place the medallion and the sauce on top, decorate your taste and ready, to enjoy.

    TIPS

    If the sauce is not thick, you can use a little corn starch. To save time in the cooking of the medallion, you can seal on both sides and finish in bain-marie cooking.
