Preparation
The breasts are flattened and the cheese is placed, they are salted to taste and wrapped with bacon and stopped with a toothpick. They are placed on the griddle until it is cooked on both sides, it is kept in medium heat so that it is finished cooking in the middle.
For the spaghetti place the remaining bacon, brown, add the cream and pepper, add a little orange juice if it thickens, add the cooked spaghetti and decorate with parsley or ham, depending on the taste.
The vegetables are smoked in a little butter, respecting the hardness of each one, and when al dente they are seasoned and the white wine is added.
For the sauce, only a bit of chopped onion is smoked with pepper and salt, the juices are added, the vinegar is left to thicken and ready.
