Medallions of Chicken with Avocado Sauce

Very rich medallions accompanied by steamed vegetables, mashed potatoes and a delicious avocado sauce. It is a recipe with a lot of flavor that for avocado lovers will be your favorite. Prepare it.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of chicken breast
  • 50 grams of bacon
  • 2 spoonfuls of vegetable oil
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 1 piece of avocado for the sauce
  • 3 spoonfuls of olive oil for the sauce
  • 1/2 Cup of natural yoghurt for the sauce
  • 1/4 of piece of onion for the sauce
  • 1 piece of Garlic finely chopped, for the sauce
  • to taste of salt and pepper for the sauce

    Preparation

    File the breasts and give them a medallion shape; Once you have the shape add the bacon around.
    Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, then place the medallions with salt and pepper and fry until lightly browned.
    Blend all the ingredients of the sauce, until well integrated.
    Serve the medallions and dip them with the sauce.

    TIPS

    If the sauce is very thick, you can add a little water.
