Ingredients

4 portions
  • 100 grams grated cheese
  • 1/2 kilos tomtato
  • 1/4 liters cream
  • 24 corn tortillas
  • 2 chipotle chilies, tin
  • 1 chicken breast, shredded
  • oils

  • salt, to taste
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 pinch sugar

Preparation

The tomatoes are cooked, cooked with a piece of onion and chipotle peppers.
Strain and fry in a saucepan with 1 tablespoon of oil, season with salt and sugar. If necessary, add a little of the broth in which the breast was cooked.
In a greased refractory mold, place a layer of tortilla, which will have been previously fried in the oil and passed through the tomato, then a layer of shredded chicken, cream, corn, grated cheese and so on. The last layer should be cheese.
Between each layer of tortilla you can put a tablespoon of the tomato sauce, you should not put much sauce because you could make the tortillas very soft. It is put in the hot oven at 180 ° C for 15 or 12 minutes for the cheese gratine.
