A very tasty and simple Milanese to prepare with broccoli and it will be your favorite and the favorite of your family. A very tasty way to prepare the chicken and start introducing the flavor of the vegetables to the youngest of the family. The breaded chicken breast is simply delicious!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 chicken breast, split in two
  • 1 egg
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1 package bread crumbs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped up

Preparation

The 2 halves of the breast file in 2, to get 4 pieces.
Pre heat the oil in a pan and put to heat water in a pan to cook the vegetables.
In a bowl beat the egg a little add salt and pepper, in another dish have the ground bread spread.
Once the water is hot, place the broccoli to cook for about 4 minutes.
Pass each piece through the egg all over its surface and drain the excess egg.
Bread on the plate and reserve.
Remove the broccoli and drain.
Fry piece by piece by lowering the temperature of the pan over low heat and to drain the excess oil in a rack.

PRESENTATION

Garnish the plate with the broccoli as if it were a bow.

TIPS

You can cut the breast in cubes and breading it, it is a presentation more suitable for children.
