  • 1 1/2 spoonfuls of Knorr® Chicken Broth granulated (for sauce)
  • 10 pieces of green tomato (for the sauce)
  • 1 clove of garlic (for the sauce)
  • 1/4 of piece of onion girl (for the sauce)
  • 2 pieces of serrano pepper (for the sauce)
  • 1 Cup of Water (for the sauce)
  • 12 pieces of Corn tortillas (for the enchiladas)
  • 1 piece of chicken breast cooked and crumbled (for enchiladas)
  • 1 piece of zucchini grated (for enchiladas)
  • 2 pieces of tomato chopped into cubes (for enchiladas)
  • 1 tablespoon of oil (for the enchiladas)
  • 1/2 Cup of fresh cheese grated (for enchiladas)

    Preparation

    Blend the ingredients of the sauce with 1 tablespoon of Knorr® granulated Switzerland.
    Sauté the sauce in 1 teaspoon of oil and reserve it.
    In a pan with the rest of the oil, sauté the tomato, squash and chicken and season with the rest of the chicken granules.
    Heat the tortillas, fill with the chicken and bathe with the sauce.
    Serve the cheese sprinkled on top.

    TIPS
