Preparation
Place the beans, chicken broth, cream, onion, garlic, and the holy leaf.
Fry them in a pan with a little hot oil. Season to taste, if it is too thick add more broth.
Pass the tortillas through hot oil, remove the excess grease with absorbent paper.
Fold the tortillas in a dish, refill them with the shredded chicken and bathe them with the bean sauce.
If you want you can fry a little chorizo and distribute it all over the dish.
Sprinkle cotija cheese and add more cream if required.
