Preparation
In a hot saucepan, add the oil, arrange the pieces of chicken, add a little salt and pepper, let them brown on both sides.
Add the sliced onion and then the orange juice.
Cut the pasilla chili into strips thin and add it to the pan with the chicken.
Add the prunes and season with the chicken stock Knorr Switzerland, leave it a few more minutes until the chicken is well cooked and the strips are soft.
