This chicken has a special sauce made with pasilla chile strips, some orange juice and prunes.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 6 chickens, without fat and without skin
  • 1/2 onions, filleted
  • 1/2 liters orange juice
  • 12 pasilla chili peppers, medium, deveined and rinsed
  • 12 prune
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® Chicken Broth
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • enough Water, if required

Preparation

In a hot saucepan, add the oil, arrange the pieces of chicken, add a little salt and pepper, let them brown on both sides.
Add the sliced ​​onion and then the orange juice.
Cut the pasilla chili into strips thin and add it to the pan with the chicken.
Add the prunes and season with the chicken stock Knorr Switzerland, leave it a few more minutes until the chicken is well cooked and the strips are soft.

PRESENTATION

It can be served with a bit of Mexican rice or with salad of lettuce and / or spinach or steamed cambray chips. It's delicious!

TIPS

The pasilla chile already deveined and rinsed is cut very well with kitchen scissors.
