This recipe was created by my dad, and the first time he prepared it, it was for my sister's wedding dinner and it was a success. It has been 25 years and we are still preparing it.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 8 chicken thighs, without skin
  • 6 poblano peppers, peeled, deveined and in rajas
  • 1/4 kilos Turkey ham
  • 1/2 liters sour cream
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic, big
  • oils
  • 1 cup milk
  • salt, and pepper

Preparation

Season the chicken and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Place a pan on the heat and add the oil, once hot, place the chicken very carefully and seal perfectly on both sides.
Meanwhile, grind the turkey ham, onion, garlic, cream, milk and half of the poblano pepper slices in the blender.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Once the chicken has sealed, place it in a refractory and bathe with the sauce. Distribute the rest of the slices on the chicken and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes at approximately 180 ° C.

TIPS

Serve on a bed of rice. If you wish, add sliced ​​mushrooms in the refractory, they are very good for you.
