Ingredients

8 portions
  • 500 grams mole sauce, Xico in pasta
  • 750 milliliters chicken soup
  • 8 chicken legs, with thigh
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Preparation

Blend the mole with the broth until integrated. Pour into the Express® Pressure Cooker and add chicken and salt; mix again.
Close the Express® Pressure Cooker and add the pressure regulator, place it in the stove with a high flame for about 25 minutes or until constant steam comes out, lower the flame to medium and cook for 10 minutes.
Remove the Express® Pressure Cooker from the heat, let cool, remove the pressure regulator, open the Express® Pressure Cooker, and that's it!
To serve it heats the mole and accompanies with red rice and hot corn tortillas.

TIPS

To prepare a variation of this tasty Mexican dish, substitute chicken for 1.5 kg of beef stew or pork loin, cut into 4 cm pieces. You can also use any type of mole paste, such as the poblano or Oaxaca.
