Chicken in Mole de Xico

The sweet touch of this mass of the state of Veracruz has given him international recognition. Its more than 25 ingredients, ranging from Indian nuts and nuts to three types of chili peppers and various spices, achieve an excellent combination.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of mass Xico in pasta
  • 750 milliliters of chicken soup
  • 8 chicken legs with thigh
  • 2 teaspoons of Salt

    Preparation

    Blend the mole with the broth until integrated. Pour into the Express® Pressure Cooker and add chicken and salt; mix again.
    Close the Express® Pressure Cooker and add the pressure regulator, place it in the stove with a high flame for about 25 minutes or until constant steam comes out, lower the flame to medium and cook for 10 minutes.

    TIPS

    To prepare a variation of this tasty Mexican dish, substitute chicken for 1.5 kg of beef stew or pork loin, cut into 4 cm pieces. You can also use any type of mole paste, such as the poblano or Oaxaca.
