  • 6 chickens
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 onions, girl, cut in half
  • 5 branches fresh coriander
  • 100 grams pumpkin seed, (nugget) peeled
  • 1 kilo green tomato
  • 10 serrano peppers, green
  • 1/4 bread roll, optional
  • 1 Cube chicken consommé
  • 1/2 tablespoons oil
  • to taste salt
  • 4 branches epazote, washed and disinfected
  • 4 branches peppermint, washed and disinfected
  • 2 branches celery, washed and disinfected
  • 5 leaves radish, washed and disinfected
  • 4 leaves lettuce, washed and disinfected
  • 3 onions, the tails, washed and disinfected
  • 4 branches parsley, washed and disinfected


The chicken is cooked with 2 liters of water, salt, 1 garlic and a quarter of onion. When it is cooked, it is reserved.
Boil the tomatoes with the green chilies, when they are soft, reserve.
Put a frying pan on medium heat and lightly toast the pumpkin seed.
The tomatoes, chilies, herbs, bread, nugget, Knorr Switzerland bucket, garlic and quarter of onion are ground in a blender. Everything is ground with the chicken broth. The sauce is reserved.
Put it in a saucepan over regular heat and add half a tablespoon of oil and a small piece of onion to sauté it.
Add the sauce to the saucepan and season with salt. After boiling for 5 minutes, add the cooked chicken and let it boil for another 5 minutes.


It is served in an extended dish, accompanied by red rice.


If no grass is found, it can be done in the same way. The bread roll is optional, it is only to thicken.

Rico pero predomina mucho el sabor de la hierbabuena,para la siguiente solo le pondré una ramita

Lo hice hoy y quedó rico, aunque para mí creo que le pondría sólo una rama de hierbabuena, pues el sabor es muy dominante. No le puse apio porque a mí no me gusta.
