Preparation
Seal the chicken pieces in a pan with very hot oil.
Add the sliced onion and garlic , the tomato cut into cubes and the nopales into strips.
Pour the pulque cups, season with salt to taste and add the oregano, cumin and pepper.
Once the boil is poured, pour the chicken stock, cook over medium heat. Serve in bowls.
