To prepare the meat of the chicken meatballs in tomato sauce, we simply have to add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well to obtain a compact and uniform dough.
When we have the meat ready we go to make the second part of the chicken meatballs in tomato sauce, the sauce. First, put a pot on the fire and add the onion and pepper very chopped, with a little salt.
When these two ingredients are cooked, add the tomato sauce, a pinch of salt and a little ground black pepper. All this we have to remove to join all the flavors and, finally, we just have to add a teaspoon of soy sauce, which will give a very different touch to the chicken meatballs in tomato sauce.
To finish the dish, we simply have to make balls with the meat that we have prepared before and add them to the tomato sauce, which we will have at medium heat. We will have to cover the casserole and after about 20 minutes the meat will be cooked and ready to serve.
