Chicken Meatballs Stuffed with Cream Cheese

A delicious chicken meatloaf stuffed with cream cheese. Try this dish and you will see how your family will love it.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams Tyson® chicken breast (boneless and skinless), ground
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • salt, necessary amount
  • Water, necessary amount
  • 100 grams butter
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • Italian seasoning, to taste

Preparation

Mix a little salt and pepper in the meat, knead the meat to form balls of meat the size of a ball.
Mix the tomato sauce, salt, pepper and the seasoning agent. Heat the sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
With the big toe, create a hole in the meatballs, to introduce the cream cheese. Close the hole, crushing the ball.
Place the balls in a pot with a little water, boil for about 45 minutes. Remove from the water and place them in the pan where the sauce is heated.
Pour the sauce into the meatloaf and ready to enjoy.

TIPS

You can go with rice or if you do not like cream cheese you can substitute another cheese.
