The chicken tinga is a chicken meal very easy to prepare, for the few steps it takes and the economic and yielding that is the dish. Ingredients

  • 1 kilo of chicken shredded
  • 2 pieces of White onion cut in pen
  • 1 can of marinated chipotle chile
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • 6 pieces of tomato
  • 3 spoonfuls of vegetable oil
  • to taste of scent grass

    Preparation

    Cook the chicken breast with the herbs and a piece of garlic. Once cold, demolish. Reservation.
    Cut the tomatoes in four and add them to the glass of a blender. Incorporate a little water, chipotle chili and garlic without peel. Blend until a well integrated mixture is obtained.
    Heat a pan and add the oil. Sauté the onion at low temperature until transparent.
    Pour the liquefied tomatoes in the pan with the onion, and heat for 10 minutes over high heat until the sauce is cooked.
    Add the shredded chicken to the pan and cook for 10 minutes. If necessary, add a little water.

    PRESENTATION

    Di-vi -no! En mi caso no tenía chile chipotle y utilicé una mezcla de tomate frito con aceite de oliva y una salsa picante para fajitas genérica que encontré en el supermercado! También tuve que sustituir la cebolla por cebolla morada y le agregue pimentón dulce (en polvo) y quedó excelente! 👌🏻
