It is a delicious and easy recipe, this chicken tinga is so rich that you will want to prepare it always and make it a typical dish in the family.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 5 chipotle chilies, tin
  • 1 package fried or toasted corn tortilla, yellow
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

The tomatoes are boiled in water and in another bowl the chicken with a garlic.
When the breast is cooked, it crumbles well and the tomatoes and chilies are incorporated into the blender.
In a frying pan, add a little oil, the sauce of the chilies and the tomatoes. Let the sauce simmer a little and add the chicken.

PRESENTATION

Once ready, everything is served on toast and with a touch of cream and good profit.
