Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 kilo chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 onions, chopped
  • 4 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups chicken soup
  • 1/2 cups olive
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 6 pickled jalapeño peppers
  • to taste salt, and pepper

Preparation

Wash and dry the chicken well, salt and pepper to taste and add the lime juice.
Fry the garlic and onion in the olive oil and let the onion sauté. Add the tomato and let it simmer over low heat.
Add the chicken broth, olives, capers, chiles and put the chicken in the sauce, turn on the heat and once it boils, lower the heat again and let it cook until it is well cooked and the sauce is thick.
