Preparation
In a large pot put to heat 2 liters of water. When it starts to boil, add the chicken and other ingredients except the green mole.
Remove the chicken pieces and strain the broth.
In a clay pot mix 1 liter of broth with the green mole Mixed kitchen. When the mole is integrated with the broth add the pieces of chicken. When they are hot, serve.
