Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 jar mass, Verde Mestiza® Kitchen
  • 1 kilo chicken
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 twigs fresh coriander

Preparation

In a large pot put to heat 2 liters of water. When it starts to boil, add the chicken and other ingredients except the green mole.
Remove the chicken pieces and strain the broth.
In a clay pot mix 1 liter of broth with the green mole Mixed kitchen. When the mole is integrated with the broth add the pieces of chicken. When they are hot, serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve with rice and beans. Sprinkle some sesame over chicken with mole.

TIPS

Use a clay pot to cook the mole.
