Preparation
Boil the chicken with a piece of onion, garlic and salt. Once cooked drain, reserve the broth.
Roast the tomatoes, 1/2 onion, the clove of garlic, chile ancho, chile de árbol and bread.
Roast the peanuts lightly. Reserve.
Add in the blender: tomatoes, garlic, onion, peanuts, cloves, oregano, cumin, bread, and broad chili. Blend with the cups of chicken broth that you previously reserved.
Add the chicken to a saucepan and add the mixture. Season with salt.
Allow to cook approximately 15 minutes.
