With this recipe you can prepare delicious meatballs stuffed with cream cheese in green sauce. They are so tasty that everyone will want to repeat.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo ground beef, of chicken
  • 4 tablespoons ground bread, to bread
  • 1 egg
  • chicken broth cubes, to taste
  • 1 kilo green tomato
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 twig fresh coriander
  • 1 package Philadelphia® cream cheese, big
  • serrano peppers, to taste

Preparation

Mix the ground chicken with the bread, the egg and a little Swiss knor.
Make some meatballs, make a hole in the center to fill with cream cheese.
Fry the meatballs and set aside.
For the sauce, cook the tomatoes with the chiles.
In the blender put the tomatoes and chilies that we cooked with the onion and cilantro and a little Swiss knor and liquefy.
In a saucepan, put the sauce that we have liquefied, let it boil and add the meatballs that we are already frying.

PRESENTATION

It is served accompanied by a white rice and some delicious refried beans.

TIPS

You can add the chopped onion and cilantro chicken if desired.
