Preparation
Toast nuggets and sesame in a pan. Reservation.
Cook the tomato, chilies, garlic, ginger and onion in a pan with water.
Grind the seeds until you get a paste.
Add cooked vegetables, spices (cumin, oregano, salt and pepper), herbs (cilantro, parsley and epazote) and lettuce to a blender glass. Add a little chicken broth. Grind until a homogeneous sauce is obtained.
Add the butter and the seed paste to a pan. Gradually add the sauce. Once all the sauce is incorporated, lower the heat and stir constantly. Add the rest of the chicken stock little by little. Cook for 30 minutes.
Add the chicken and cook for 20 more minutes. Serves hot
