Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 tortilla, huarache type
  • 1 gram boneless chicken breast
  • 40 grams fresh cheese, grated
  • 40 grams radish, chopped
  • 20 grams fresh coriander, chopped
  • 100 grams nopal, in squares
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Make the nopales as if they were Mexican. Put a little oil, nopales and radish in an oil. When they are ready put the cilantro. Rectify salt and pepper.
Put salt and pepper on the chicken breast. In a pan with a little oil cook it.
Roast the huarache in the comal
Place the chicken, nopales and sprinkle some cheese on top.

PRESENTATION

If you want on top of the tortilla you can put some refried beans.
