Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 kilo of chicken legs and thighs
  • 5 pieces of cuaresmeño or jalapeño pepper
  • 1 piece of White onion filleted
  • broccoli in small clusters
  • Salt Scent herbs, pepper
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • Swiss Knorr chicken soup
  • 4 cloves of garlic filleted
  • 4 pieces of carrot filleted

    Preparation

    Remove the skin from the chicken, wash it perfectly, the chiles cuaresmeños are lightly chopped with a fork without undoing them, only a few small pickets.
    In a saucepan add the olive oil, let warm a little and add the onion, the garlic and since they are crystallized, the chicken is aged, sealed well. Add the chilies, carrots, a touch of thyme, marjoram and bay leaf.
