This is a good fried chicken recipe because it is very easy to make, I recommend it.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 chickens, without skin
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tablespoons chicken consommé, the one of your preference
  • 2 leaves bay (laurel)
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • oils

Preparation

Chop the chicken pieces with a knife.
Blend milk with pepper, chicken broth, bay leaves and salt.
Marina the chicken in the mixture for about 10 minutes and then you pass it through the flour leaving it to rest another 5 minutes.
Fry the chicken in deep frying for 20 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Serve the chicken piece with mashed potatoes or a fresh salad.

TIPS

I recommend you leave marinado the chicken from a previous day, so it will have much better flavor. To pass the chicken in the flour you can use a plastic bag, in it pour the flour and the chicken, this way it will be easier to handle the chicken.
