Ingredients

6 portions
  • 6 chickens, in medallions
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can corn
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 canned chipotle peppers
  • 1 garlic
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

In a Teflon frying pan melt the butter and brown the medallions.
Add salt and pepper to your liking.
Once the medallions are cooked, add the corn kernels.
Blend the evaporated milk with the garlic and the amount of chilies that you want.
Finally pour into the pan with the chicken and let boil for a few minutes.

PRESENTATION

Serve with spaghetti.

TIPS

If you want a thicker sauce add a little half cream.
