This is a delicious recipe for mustard chicken cones made with crispy flour tortillinas that will give all the texture and flavor necessary to this dish. Ingredients

5 portions
  • 6 Tía Rosa® Tortillinas®
  • 300 grams chicken breast, cut the savannah
  • 50 milliliters mustard, american
  • 15 milliliters bee honey
  • 1 roma tomato , cut into thin strips
  • 1 green pumpkin, counted in half moons
  • 1 french lettuce, washed disinfected and dry
  • 20 milliliters vegetal oil
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 pinch ground pepper

Preparation

Mix the mustard and honey perfectly.
Season the chicken breast and marinate with the mustard mixture.
Fry the breast with oil and cut into thin strips.
Brown the Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® in the form of a cone in the oven or in a pan, taking care not to burn.
Wrap the vegetables and chicken strips in the lettuce leaves and put them in the cones of the Tía Rosa® Tortillinas®.

PRESENTATION

Serve with vegetables at room temperature.
